Service Terms & Conditions

Service Description 

•  PodLaunch® provides hands-on podcast SEO services including keyword strategy development, monthly reporting, and ongoing recommendations.
•  Services are delivered digitally. No physical products are included.

Commitment Period 

•  A minimum commitment of 90 days (3 months) is required.
•  This allows time for your keyword strategy to be built, implemented, and monitored for initial results.

 Billing & Payments 

•  Monthly plan: Billed at $299/month, auto-renewed until canceled.
•  Annual plan: Billed at $2,990 upfront, renews annually unless canceled before renewal date.
•  Payment is due at checkout.

 Refund Policy 

•  Because this is a hands-on service and significant work is performed upfront, all payments are non-refundable. 
•  Early cancellation (before the 90-day minimum) does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.

 Cancellation Policy 

•  After the 90-day minimum commitment, you may cancel at any time with 14 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
•  Upon cancellation, your access to monthly reporting and support will end at the close of your current billing period.

 Results Disclaimer 

•  SEO results vary depending on your podcast, niche, and consistency. PodLaunch® cannot guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or outcomes.
•  Our role is to provide strategy, reporting, and recommendations. Implementation of suggested changes on your podcast hosting platform, website, or other assets remains your responsibility.

 Confidentiality 

•  All reports and strategy materials are confidential and intended solely for the paying client. Redistribution without permission is prohibited.
