Confidentiality

We’ve invested significant time and resources into developing our systems. You agree to:

  • Keep all PodLaunch® materials confidential.

  • Not disclose or reproduce them without written permission.

  • Notify us if you become aware of unauthorized use.

  • Limit disclosure to your team members only where strictly necessary.

Service-Specific Terms: Done-For-You Podcast SEO

Service Description

  • PodLaunch® provides hands-on podcast SEO services including keyword strategy development, monthly reporting, and ongoing recommendations.

  • Services are delivered digitally. No physical products are included.

Commitment Period

  • A minimum 90-day commitment is required. This allows us time to build and monitor your strategy properly.

Billing & Payments

  • Monthly plan: billed at $299/month, auto-renews until canceled.

  • Annual plan: billed at $2990 upfront, renews annually unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Payment is due at checkout.

Refund Policy

  • Because significant work is performed upfront, all payments are non-refundable.

  • Early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.

Cancellation Policy

  • After the 90-day minimum, you may cancel anytime with 14 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.

  • Service and reporting end at the close of your current billing period.

Results Disclaimer

  • SEO results vary depending on your podcast, niche, and consistency. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or outcomes.

  • Our role is to provide strategy, reporting, and recommendations. Implementing changes on your platforms remains your responsibility.

Confidentiality

  • Reports and strategy materials are confidential and for the paying client only. Redistribution is prohibited.

Payment Plans & Defaults

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments on time and in full. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled mid-term. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access to PodLaunch® resources.

You are welcome to pay off your balance early. If you need adjustments (e.g., payment date changes), you must request in writing. Continued failed payments may result in removal from services until your account is current.

Limitations of Liability

All Content and services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of earnings or outcomes. You are responsible for applying strategies to your own business. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

The Company likewise does not warrant or make any representations or guarantees that you will earn any money using the Site or the Company’s services. Your success is entirely dependent on factors outside our control, including your business model, consistency, and implementation.
